By subscribing to our service, accessing our website, or participating in consultations, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or subscribe to our financial planning consultations.

• Subscriber: Any individual who has purchased access to our monthly financial planning subscription service
• Consultation: Individual or group sessions providing financial planning guidance, analysis, and personalised recommendations
• Subscription: Monthly recurring access to our financial planning consultation service for the agreed fee

Our subscription service provides monthly financial planning consultations, personalised guidance, and ongoing support to help you make informed financial decisions.

Each monthly subscription includes consultation time, analytical review of your financial position, and strategic recommendations based on your disclosed circumstances and stated goals.

We reserve the right to modify service features, consultation formats, or delivery methods with reasonable notice to subscribers.

As a subscriber, you agree to certain responsibilities to ensure effective service delivery.

• Provide accurate and complete information about your financial circumstances during consultations
• Attend scheduled consultation sessions or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
• Maintain current contact information and respond to service-related communications
• Make payment for monthly subscription fees by the agreed due dates
• Use the service for personal financial planning purposes only, not for commercial resale or redistribution

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our service.

• Recording, sharing, or distributing consultation content without written permission
• Using the service to obtain advice for illegal activities or tax evasion
• Providing false or misleading information about your financial circumstances
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our consultation methodologies
• Using our service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other service users

All content, methodologies, materials, and intellectual property related to our service remain the exclusive property of Aurilonexyra Financial Planning Services.

Subscribers receive limited, non-transferable access rights for personal use only. No rights are granted to copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by subscribers may be used by us without compensation or acknowledgment obligations.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our separate privacy policy.

Monthly subscription fees are £250 including VAT, payable in advance via direct debit or card payment on the same date each month.

Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days. Additional charges may apply for payment processing failures or chargeback disputes.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once consultation services have been delivered for the billing period.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate service immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct during consultations.

Upon termination, access to future consultations ends, but these terms continue to apply to previous service delivery and outstanding obligations.

Our consultations provide general financial planning guidance based on information you provide. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from implementing discussed strategies.

Market conditions, regulatory changes, and personal circumstances can affect the suitability of previously discussed approaches. Regular review and adjustment may be necessary.

Our liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages arising from your use of our service or implementation of discussed strategies.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aurilonexyra harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of our service, or violation of applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms or our service shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration through agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before court proceedings.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Continued use of our service after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your subscription.

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our privacy policy and disclaimer, constitute the complete agreement between you and Aurilonexyra regarding our service.
